Payable tickets may be paid in person at the Pine County Court Administrator’s Office or by mail. If paying your fine by mail, send a check or money order. Do not send cash. Remittance should be made payable to Pine County Court Administration. Please include your file number or citation number on your payment.

To determine your fine amount, contact Court Administration within ten (10) days prior to the court date written on the citation/ticket.

Appear for court on the date and time specified on your ticket. If you wish to speak to the prosecutor prior to your court appearance, he will be available approximately one half hour prior to the start of the arraignment calendar. If you wish to plead not guilty, you will be given another court date for a court trial or pre-trial hearing.

You will need to contact the Department of Public Safety for assistance at (651) 296-6911. Minnesota driving privileges are valid only when indicated by the Department of Public Safety records.
I have insurance on my vehicle and still received a ticket for No Insurance. What do I do?
Provide the insurance information to Pine County Court Administration prior to your court date. Your insurance information will then be verified and if it is valid the citation will be dismissed. If your insurance cannot be verified, you will need to appear in court.
