How do I receive payment for services that I have provided?

Complete a county voucher and attach detailed information, (i.e. Name, dates of service, type of service, include receipt if appropriate (voucher can be obtained from the person that made the arrangements for the services)

When are checks mailed out?

Checks are mailed out on the Friday following the third Tuesday of the month.

What if I didn't receive my check?

After 10 working days from the date of issuance, contact the front desk of Health and Human Services (320-591-1570) to talk to the apporpriate worker. No checks will be reissued before 10 working days have expired.

How do I change my mailing address?

Contact the person that made the arrangements for the services and notify them of the change and that worker will notify the Accounting Department.

Where would I send a payment?

Send payments to Pine County Health and Human Services, Attn: Accounting, 635 Northridge Dr NW, Pine City MN 55063. Include identifying information as to what the check is for. (i.e. Fees, detox, application fees, overpayments, gifts, etc.)
