Effective January 1, 2018 Pine County has merged its Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment. The newly formed, "Zoning Board," will hear variance requests, appeals of staff ordinance interpretations, applications for conditional use permits, review applications for platted subdivisions, and advise the County Board and staff on planning and zoning matters.
