Legislation enacted in 2003 requires at least one voting member present at the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting must have attended an appeals and equalization course developed or approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Revenue within the last four years.  This course in now only offered on-line.

All training must be completed by 5pm on February 1st to meet this requirement for the upcoming board of equalization season.
