Pine County Health & Human Services provides services for Adult/Elderly/Adult & Children’s Mental Health, Child Services & Child Protection, Child Support, Financial Assistance, Public Health, WIC (Women, Infants, & Children) and Immunizations. PCHHS also contracts with many service providers for Mental Health, Chemical Dependency, Employment, Home Health, Child/Adult Foster Care, and Fraud Investigation Services.
Vendor Information to Interested Vendors Regarding Contract Proposals
Please refer to the information below as points required in your proposal:

Description of your organization including experience with the service and ability to provide the services, an organizational chart, board members, and job descriptions of service providers

Service descriptions for programs or services to be offered.

Proposed budget including costs of services to be billed to the county or state

Copies of the licenses for those staff members required to be licensed to provide services

Copies of the face sheets for insurance coverage required by your contract
Please note that all contracts require compliance with Data Privacy, HIPAA, Civil Rights, EEOC, Audit and Disclosure, and other statutes and laws as described in the contract. Your policies with regard to these matters do not need to be submitted with your proposal, but must be available if requested throughout the contract period.
