Remote Electronic Monitoring Program (REAM)
Adult offenders may be placed on REAM pre-trial, post-trial or for staggered sentencing. Offenders are generally ordered to test three times per day either by scheduled or random calls. We offer different kinds of units depending on your location. Most units feed off of cell towers.
Cost: Determined and paid to the authorized monitoring company. When available, a REAM grant could be approved for indigent DWI offenders. Eligibility for this grant is determined by probation on an income based sliding fee scale and is only up to 30 days. After 30 days the individual is responsible for full payment.
House Arrest: with or without REAM is also an option through our electronic monitoring program. Contact our office for related costs of house arrest.
