Admissions Criteria:
Honorably Discharged Veterans
181 Consecutive Days on Active Duty
Minnesota Resident (or had service credited to Minnesota)
Spouses of eligible Veterans over 55 years of age and reside in the state
All Applicants must demonstrate medical need
