The Pine County Recorder's office is responsible for recording all legal documents relating to abstract and torrens property in Pine County. We record mortgages, satisfactions, deeds, liens, plats and approximately 400 other real estate documents. All records pertaining to real estate are of public record and may be viewed upon request.
Vital statistics such as birth, death, and marriage are administered certified or uncertified through an application of request. Military discharge papers are filed and administered to all veterans at no charge. Notary and clergy registration are recorded along with appointment of county officials.
