The Recycling Centers are for the collection of residential recyclables from Pine County residents. The transfer stations also accept recycling as well as non-recyclable items.
North Pine, Central Pine, and South Pine Recycling Centers now accept plastic bags.
Plastic bags and film packaging are important durable and lightweight protection for food and merchandise in transit. But these materials SHOULD NOT be recycled in most curbside carts or single stream programs. When you donate your plastic film to NexTrex®, not only are you helping to keep thousands of pounds of waste out of landfills, you're also helping Trex® to continue to make eco-friendly outdoor products.
