Pine County has formed a Digital Connection Committee to work directly with the Minnesota Department of Employment & Economic Development's Office of Broadband Development (OBD) to gather information related to digital inclusion assets, needs and goals to inform the digital equity plan that the state is preparing as part of the federal Digital Equity Act.
